Welcome to canter + colt. These terms apply whenever you use canterandcolt.com or place an order with us. By using the site or placing an order, you're agreeing to them.

Orders & Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We try to keep pricing and product information accurate, but errors can happen — if we spot a pricing or listing error on your order, we'll contact you before proceeding, and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or pricing errors.
Gift Cards
Gift cards purchased through canterandcolt.com can be redeemed online or in-cafe. They're non-refundable, don't expire for at least 3 years from purchase, and can't be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
Products
We describe our coffee, packaged goods, and other products as accurately as we can, including ingredients and sourcing. Photos are indicative — actual products may vary slightly (a bag of coffee is a natural product, after all).
Intellectual Property
The canter + colt name, logo, wordmark, and site content are our property and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without our permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, canter + colt is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer guarantees.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Queensland courts.
